We are not here to confuse you with heaps of internet jargon and costly add-ons. We are here to offer a quality, simple service and make your life easier. Quite simply, our delivery service is free of charge! except DG8, DG9, DG13 and DG14 where there is a fee of £40
Connection:
Again, it is important to us that you fully understand each element of our service and understand that where at all possible we want to save you time and money! Where some companies will undoubtedly be confusing, complicated and almost infuriating when it comes to explaining connection, we would like to be clear, precise and honest from the outset!
There is a connection fee of £15 on free standing appliances such as: (This is to existing fittings)

There is a connection fee of £30 on free standing appliances such as: (This is to existing fittings)
However, there is NO connection fee on free standing appliances such as:
Finally there is a £35 delivery and install charge on all side by side fridge freezers and range cookers
Please note that as of 1st February 2016 there will be a £25 installation charge on integrated appliances such as:

Please note that as of 5th January 2022 there will be a £40 delivery charge to areas with the DG8, DG9, DG13 and DG14 Postcode on all appliances
We DO NOT install cooker hoods.

Disposal of old appliance:
All appliances are disposed of free of charge except refrigeration which incurs a £15 charge.
